to knit that is...I am truly pathetic when it comes to knitting! But in a few weeks my mom and dad are coming to visit and I thought it would be a perfect time to nip that little problemo right in the bud!
So she is going to teach me to make cool stuff like this...

I hope you have a great time with your mom and dad and their visit! I almost don't have the heart to tell you, but that's crocheted. I know how to knit but it seems so slow compared to crochet (and I like to go FAST!), so I don't do it often. I do hope you have fun learning to knit though!
Mmmmmmmm....hi.....I don't know how to knit either. I lost my opportunity to learn from Grandma about 18 years ago.
If you find any good tutorials, let me know! I'm going to check on Youtube.

thats super cute!...I havelearned how to knot and crochet and ahve no patient to stick with it and finish a project, one of these days. :)
It took my mom coming last winter and staying with me to learn to knit. I needed her to help me overcome my fear that it was hard and I did end up making a cute heart pot holder, but I think I need her back so that I can go on to the intermediate class!!! I know you will figure it out.
WOW, that's knitting??? I only know how to do things like that in crochet, and not nearly as pretty and delicate as that!!!
