.............kind people!!! Let me tell you this quick story!
I have been searching all over for a partner white bed for the one I bought in Texas before we left...for the longest I have had no luck. I have been searching the Internet, thrift stores, antique store, yard sales...you get the picture.
Then today we go in the same antique store we have walked a few times and as we are getting ready to leave I look down the isle and at the end was THIS....
...the first thing I thought was it had already been sold...nope...it was as good as mine!!!!The owners of the shop were on site reorganizing and said I could take her for $90! (Originally marked $120)
Then to top it off she asks if it is for my daughter...yes...and I introduce her to Liberty, who by this time has put on some old hat with a dead something on top of it..(gross!)
And then she asks if we WANT this?
Isn't she cute!!! The sweetest little desk to put in her room!
I love it...she said it was gifted to her a few years back and she painted it and added some hand painted flower details to it...and thought she would pass it on to us!
Are you kidding....how sweet. Liberty was in love. She was as excited as I was! Cute bed and small, sweet desk all for $90!One great story..and a sweet lady too!

One more too...............I have been going on and on about quilts so my mother-in- law decided she would give this beautiful quilt to us for our new house and new king bed!!
Handcrafted...handstiched!!!!
I don't know what the "fractured crystal" means but it is wonderful!

Wow! I'm so happy for you and your little one to have found such a wonderful giving lady and talented too...nice hand painted flowers on the table. The excitement you must of felt finding the type of bed you were looking for. And the table thrown in....what a find in more ways than one...what a deal!
Wow Stacey, what a steal! Cute stuff! I'm thinking the name of the quilt is fractured crystal. If you look at the design on the front of the quilt, you can see how it fits. FYI, make sure you don't just throw your handstitched quilt in the washer if it needs cleaning it will need to be handwashed!
Wow, that's so awesome. It's hard to believe nowadays that there are so extremely generous people out there. (love the comment about the hat)
The quilt is beautiful. Lucky, lucky, play the lottery. :o)
